Loco Ono Mojito

From Cuba to Hawaii with love! We are lucky to be growing sugar cane and have an old sugar cane press. I LOVE fresh sugar cane juice especially with just a little lime, but Laura, Ken and my husband are just meh about it. More for me!

Ingredient

• 4 ounces fresh pressed sugar cane juice

• 5-6 sprigs fresh mint

• 2 shots Light rum

• 1 shot Lime simple syrup

Instructions

Muddle the mint in the bottom of your favorite tall tiki glass but save one sprig of mint for decoration. Add all the other ingredients in a shaker…do a little dance and pour over ice. Decorate your tiki glass with your favorite paper umbrella color and the extra sprig of mint!
