Smoked Habanero Roasted Jackfruit Seeds

Ingredients

• Jackfruit seeds

• Smoked Paprika

• Monika's Habanero Sea Salt

• Fresh Ground Pepper

• Olive Oil

Instructions

• Use the Jackfruit Seeds from your processed Jackfruit (see Jackfruit Processing instructions). If you did not already boil the jackfruit during preparation, you will need to boil the seeds for 20 minutes in salt. This is how I actually like them best; just boiled in Monika's Habanero Sea Salt.

• Mix all above ingredients in a bowl (amounts vary depending on the amount of seeds

• Place in a pan in the oven and roast on 400 for about 20-25 minutes
